    Arrival on the east coast

    Land at MRU. Private transfer (about 50 mins) to your beachfront villa on Belle Mare. Welcome dinner on the deck, ocean five steps away.

    Catamaran to Île aux Cerfs

    Private catamaran to Île aux Cerfs. Speedboat stop at the GRSE waterfall, snorkel on the way back, lunch under the casuarinas.

    Slow on the flats

    Sunrise paddle on the calm lagoon. Spa morning with a couples' ritual. Beach afternoon with chairs reserved. Sunset cocktails at the resort beach bar.

    Black River Gorges & Chamarel

    Private 4x4 across to the west. Black River Gorges National Park lookouts, Tamarind Falls hike, lunch in Chamarel. Seven coloured earths and rum distillery in the afternoon.

    Le Morne sunrise

    Pre-dawn drive to Le Morne Brabant. Guided summit hike up the UNESCO peak, about 3 hours up and down. Late breakfast at a beachside chef table, lazy afternoon back at the villa.

    Dolphin morning & Île aux Aigrettes

    Early boat to swim with spinner dolphins on the west coast. Afternoon at Île aux Aigrettes wildlife sanctuary, pink pigeons and giant tortoises. Farewell dinner.

    Slow departure

    Final swim on Belle Mare. Long lunch at a beachside restaurant. Private transfer back to MRU.
