    Arrival in Naxos

    Ferry from Mykonos or short flight from Athens. Private transfer to your villa above Plaka. Aperitivo on the terrace, easy taverna dinner in the Chora.

    Plaka beach & Portara sunset

    Slow morning on Plaka, the longest white-sand beach in the Cyclades. Sunset walk to the Portara, the marble doorway to a temple that was never finished. Dinner in the old town.

    Mountain villages

    Private driver through the Tragea valley to Halki (citron distillery, neoclassical mansions) and Apeiranthos (marble lanes, four tiny museums). Long lunch under a plane tree.

    Mount Zas hike

    Early start to hike Zeus's mountain, the highest peak in the Cyclades, to the cave where the god of thunder was supposedly raised. Afternoon recovery by the pool, in-villa couples' massage.

    Private boat day

    Skipper collects you from the harbour. Swim at the empty beaches of the south coast, lunch on board, snorkel at hidden coves. Back for sunset.

    Slow day & cooking class

    Late breakfast. Afternoon Greek cooking class with a local yiayia, fava, gemista, baklava. Eat what you made on the terrace.

    Slow departure

    Final swim at Agios Prokopios. Pastries and one last frappé. Private transfer to the airport or port.
