    Private driver south, with a Chianti stop for a winery lunch. Check in to a restored stone villa with pool, looking onto the cypress hills.

    Morning in Pienza, pecorino tastings in the lanes, Piazza Pio II. Afternoon in Montalcino: a Brunello cellar tour and tasting at a small family estate.

    Hot springs & cooking

    Slow morning in Bagno Vignoni's stone-pool piazza. Afternoon hands-on cooking class, pasta from scratch, ragù, panna cotta, in a villa kitchen. Eat what you made on the terrace.

    Truffle hunt

    Morning truffle hunt with a hunter and his dogs in the San Miniato hills. Long lunch at the family's kitchen with everything you found. Free afternoon at the villa.
